About PG Electroplast

PG Electroplast Limited is an electronics manufacturing services provider based in India. It makes products for other brands as both an original design manufacturer and an original equipment manufacturer. That means it either designs the product itself or builds to the brand's specification. Its customers are in the consumer durables, consumer electronics, automotive and sanitaryware industries.

The business is organised into the Product Business, plastic moulding, electronics manufacturing and tooling. The Product Business makes room air conditioners, including indoor and outdoor units, washing machines, both semi-automatic and fully automatic top-load, and air coolers. Plastic moulding produces injection moulded components for automotive, electronic equipment and sanitaryware products, including toilet seats. The electronics business makes PCB assemblies and electronic control modules, and the tooling business makes injection moulds and precision tools. A refrigerator plant at Sri City, Andhra Pradesh, is under construction.

The company manufactures at Greater Noida in Uttar Pradesh, Bhiwadi in Rajasthan, Ahmednagar in Maharashtra and Roorkee in Uttarakhand. It has more than 10,000 employees.

The PG Group began in Delhi as a small electronic component manufacturer. It later set up a unit in Noida to make black and white televisions. It was incorporated in 2003. Next Generation Manufacturers Private Limited was acquired by the company. PG Technoplast is its wholly owned subsidiary. Goodworth Electronics is a television joint venture with the Jaina Group.

Written from the annual report for the year to Mar 2026, filed 5 Sep 2026 and the investor presentation.

Yearly rates to Mar 2026, per-share figures restated for splits and bonuses.

OverReturn a yearEarnings growthChange in P/EDividend yield

Return is price growth plus the average dividend yield. Change in P/E is (1 + price growth) / (1 + earnings growth) - 1, so the parts compound rather than add. Earnings growth over 1 and 3 years is on profit divided by shares in issue at both ends: the earnings per share stated for one end does not match that year's profit and share count.
