About StockExact
Figures for Indian listed companies and mutual funds, worked out from their own filings, with the working shown.
What StockExact is
StockExact publishes figures for Indian listed companies and mutual funds: results and financial statements, shareholding, valuation, dividends and corporate actions, insider trades, and every fund's returns, holdings and costs.
Every figure is worked out from the filings companies make with the stock exchanges and the reports fund houses publish, by a fixed rule that is the same for every company and fund. The rule sits behind the ⓘ beside each figure, and how the figures are worked out sets them all out.
What it does not do
It gives no ratings, scores, targets or buy and sell calls, and writes no summaries or opinions of results or filings. A figure is shown beside its own history and its peers, and the reader draws the conclusion. The disclaimer says what that means for anyone relying on the figures.
Who runs it
StockExact is built and run by Sanket Dalvi, an independent investor who has traded markets for over twelve years. It started as a way to read company and fund filings in one place.
It is not owned by, or connected with, any broker, fund house, exchange or adviser, and it is not registered with SEBI.
