About ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund schemes

ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund is the mutual fund house sponsored by ICICI Bank Limited and Prudential Plc, registered with SEBI on 12 Oct 1993. ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Limited runs its equity, hybrid, debt, solution oriented, life cycle, index and exchange-traded schemes.

Sponsors and structure

The fund has two sponsors, ICICI Bank Limited and Prudential Plc, the insurance and asset management group. ICICI Prudential Trust Limited is the trustee company: it holds the investors' assets and oversees the fund house, with a board of trustees separate from the AMC's.

ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Limited, incorporated on 22 Jun 1993, is the asset management company (AMC), the firm that picks the investments and runs the schemes. The trust deed is dated 25 Aug 1993, and the fund's SEBI registration number is MF/003/93/6. The AMC's shares have traded on NSE and BSE since 19 Dec 2025, with ICICI Bank holding a majority.

Schemes it runs

The fund house offers equity schemes (large cap, value, contra, multi cap and others), hybrid schemes such as balanced advantage and multi asset allocation, and debt schemes from liquid and money market funds to corporate bond funds and fixed maturity plans. It also runs index funds, exchange-traded funds (ETFs, which trade on an exchange like a share), funds of funds, and retirement and children's funds.

Its life cycle funds belong to a category SEBI created on 26 Feb 2026: each carries a maturity year in its name, such as 2031, 2036 or 2041, and cuts its share of equity as that year nears.

What the page shows

The page groups every live scheme by type. Each table gives the net asset value (NAV, the price of one unit), 1-year returns, 3-year and 5-year returns annualised (the yearly rate that compounds to the total), fund size, and cost, the annual expense ratio. Returns are for the Direct plan where one exists.

Assets managed

Assets under management (AUM) is the money investors hold in the house's schemes. The page shows the average for the latest quarter, added up across schemes, with money that the house's own funds of funds hold in its other schemes counted once. The page also lists each fund manager with the number of funds they run, the money in those funds and the earliest start date the house has filed for them.

Offers, complaints and voting

New fund offers (NFOs) are listed with their open and close dates and minimum amount, and recently closed offers show the change from first NAV to the latest. The page also carries the latest month's investor complaint counts and the latest quarter's summary of how the house's funds voted at company meetings: meetings, resolutions, votes against and abstentions.
