About Nuvoco Vistas Corporation

Nuvoco Vistas Corporation Limited is a building materials company. It makes and sells cement, ready-mix concrete and modern building materials to individual home builders, contractors, and large institutional and infrastructure projects. It was incorporated in 1999.

The business is organised into three segments: Cement, Ready-Mix Concrete (RMX) and Modern Building Materials (MBM). The cement range is sold under brands such as Nuvoco Concreto, Nuvoco Duraguard and Double Bull. The MBM range is sold under the Zero M name and includes wall putty and tile adhesive. Across the three segments the company offers more than 60 products. The RMX business runs 58 plants across India.

The cement plants are located in West Bengal, Bihar, Odisha, Chhattisgarh and Jharkhand in Eastern India, in Rajasthan and Haryana in the north, and in Gujarat in the west. Together they give a cement capacity of 27 MMTPA, which means 27 million tonnes a year. Its largest base is Eastern India, with a growing presence in the north and west.

The company's cement operations began with a greenfield plant at Nimbol, Rajasthan, in 2014. It has grown by acquisition: Lafarge India Limited in 2016, NU Vista Limited in 2020 and Vadraj Cement Limited in 2025. The Vadraj purchase was approved by the National Company Law Tribunal under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code and gave the company clinker and cement assets in Gujarat. NU Vista Limited, which also makes and sells cement, and Vadraj Cement Limited are now wholly owned subsidiaries.

Written from the annual report for the year to Mar 2026, filed 7 Aug 2026 and the investor presentation.
