Pursuant to the provisions of Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement, the Company has decided that the "Trading Window" of the Company shall remain closed from January 18, 2014 (09:00 am) and will reopen 24 hours after the results are made public on January 22, 2014 in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading ) Regulation, 1992.
