Vardhman Acrylics Limited had informed the Exchange that "M/s Vardhman Textiles Limited holding 44,175,423 equity shares (40.70%) of the Company has further acquired 11,700,000 (10.78%) and 3,300,000 (3.04%) equity shares of the Company from its Foreign Collaborators, namely, M/s Marubeni Corporation, Japan (MC) and M/s. Japan Exlan Company Limited, Japan (EXLAN) respectively. Pursuant to the said acquisition of shares by Vardhman Textiles Limited, the Company ceases to be a Joint Venture company". The Company has now informed the Exchange that "Due to some typographical error, the present holding of Vardhman Textiles Limited was mentioned as 44175423.
