Result of Postal Ballot Notice dated March 17, 2008. Mr. K.V.S. Subramanayam, FCS appointed as Scrutinizer by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on March 17, 2008, had submitted his report dated April 24, 2008 on postal ballot forms received from the members, to the Chairman of the Company. Based on the report submitted by the Scrutinizer, the Chairman has declared the result on April 24, 2008, of the resolutions passed through the postal ballot. Most of shareholders (99.99% of the business replies received) have voted in favor of the proposed resolutions as such the ordinary resolutions proposed have been passed with the majority of shareholders voting in favor of the proposed resolutions.
