The Board of Directors in their meeting held on March 17, 2008, had approved a split in the face value of the equity share from Rs.2/- each to Re.1/- each. Pursuant to this, a Postal Ballot process was initiated and the required resolutions were passed with majority voting in favour of the resolutions by the members of the Company. The Board has fixed the Record Date as 9th May 2008 for the purpose of sub-division of face value of the equity share from Rs. 2/- each into two equity shares of face value of Re.1/- each.
