This is to inform you that we proposed to acquire 4,28,456 (Four Lacs Twenty Eight Thousand Four Hundred Fifty Six) Equity Shares (i.e. 4.58%) of Tainwala Chemicals & Plastics (I) Ltd, on 28th February, 2007 from Ms. Amishi Tainwala by way of Open Market on the Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd. This will be an inter-se transfer of shares amongst "Promoters".
