Ltd. and on behalf of Ms. Amishi Tainwala (being the seller), on the basis of authority given by her. We are collectively the Promoter of Tainwala Chemicals & Plastics (I) Ltd within the meaning of Regulation 3(1)(e) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 1997 ("Takeover Regulations"). This is to inform you that we proposed to acquire 4,28,456 (Four Lacs Twenty Eight Thousand Four Hundred Fifty Six) Equity Shares (i.e. 4.58%) of Tainwala Chemicals & Plastics (I) Ltd, on 28th February, 2007 from Ms. Amishi Tainwala by way of Open Market on the Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd. This will be an inter-se transfer of shares amongst "Promoters".
