(1) The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 18th January 2007, has appointed Dr S Narayan, IAS (Retd), former Secretary to Government of India, Ministry of Finance and Economic Affairs, as an Independent Directors of the Company. (2) The Board has also appointed Sri Vishwanath Shegaonkar, IAS, representing Government of Tamilnadu, as a Director of the Company the casual vacancy caused by the withdrawal of nomination of Sri Surjit K Chaudhary, IAS.
