Members of the Company have by way of Postal Ballot passed an Ordinary Resolution pursuant to Section 293(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 1956 according consent to the Board of Directors of the Company to sell, transfer or otherwise dispose off the whole or substantially whole of the wind mill (s) of the Company situated at Tirunelveli District, Tamilnadu.
