Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 28, 2008 has recommended 100% dividend on the paid capital of the company for the financial year 2007-08. Further the company has informed the Exchange that the Annual General Meeting will be held on September 29, 2008. The Share transfer books will be closed from September 15, 2008 to September 29, 2008 for payment of dividend to the shareholders.
