Boards of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 23, 2012 approved a scheme of arrangement for amalgamation of Reliance Jamnagar Infrastructure Limited (RJIL), a wholly-owned unlisted subsidiary of the Company, with Reliance Industries Limited (RIL).
