Company has received a letter dated December 14, 2009 from Credit Analysis & Research Ltd (CARE) advising us their assigning " CARE A+ (Single A Plus) rating to the proposed NCD issue of the Company. Company is proposing to issue long term non-convertible debentures aggregating to Rs. 1,150/- crores (Rupees One thousand one hundred fifty crores).CARE had earlier assigned "CARE A " rating to its existing NCDs.
