Vide letter dated December 03,2014 that "This is regarding newspaper artlcles published today in respect to F.LR. having been filed against Government Officials, SRA Officials, the Company and its Directors in the Project approved under SRA Scheme in Motilal Nehru Nagar, Bandra (East) in the year 2005-06. The eligibility under the Scheme is decided by the concerned Statutory Authority and the Company has no role to play. This is a frivolous attempt to malign the reputation of the Company and its Directors and as such Company will take appropriate legal action including quashing of the FIR".

Exchange had sought clarification from Housing Development and Infrastructure Limited with respect to a news item captioned "HDIL to Sell Commercial Complex in Mumbai Suburb to Cut Debt". The Company has clarified that "The article as mentioned in the trailing mail was not published/ released by the Company and it was a newspaper article. The Company will intimate to the Exchange, as and when such event will occur. The Company has declined to comment on such speculations and sufficient disclosures and information have been provided to the Stock Exchanges on regular basis and in timely manner".

Vide their letter dated September 13, 2007, that: "This is with reference to the denial by HMT on CNBC today, that they have not sold any property to HDIL, reported to being developed by HDIL. The fact is that Blue Star Realtors Pvt. Ltd. have on 17.10.2006, pursuant to bids called by HMT, purchased by Deed of Absolute Sale from HMT, land situated at Kalamaserry, Ernakulam, admeasuring 70 acres. Blue Star Realtors Pvt. Ltd. has entered into Joint Development Agreement with HDIL for development of said 70 acres of property at Kalamaserry. HDIL is jointly developing the property admeasuring 70 acres at Kalamaserry, Ernakulam now owned by Blue Star Realtors Pvt. Ltd.".
