Board, at its meeting held on May 21, 2008 has considered and approved following matters subject to approval of the shareholders: a) Payment of Final Dividend of Rs. 3/- per share. b) Issue of Bonus Shares in the proportion of 2 (two) new equity shares for every 7 (seven) equity shares held.
