With regard to the last quarter of the Financial Year ended on 31st March 2009, we wish to exercise the option [pursuant to Clause 41(I)(d) of the Listing Agreement] of submitting Audited Financial Results for the entire Financial Year ended 31st March 2009 i.e. from 1st January 2008 to 31st March 2009 (15 months) within the stipulated time period as provided in the said Clause of the Listing Agreement. In view of the above exercise of option, we would not be publishing/submitting the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 31st March 2009
