Register of Members and Share Transfer Register shall remain closed from June 17, 2008 to June 27, 2008 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of declaration of dividend and convening the Annual General Meeting of the Company which is scheduled to be held on June 27, 2008. The Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on April 07, 2008 had recommended a Dividend @ 15% on the face value of Rs.3/- each Equity Shareholders of the Company for the Financial Year (9 months) ended on December 31, 2007 (i.e. Re 0.45 per share of Rs.3/- each).
