Cubex Tubings Ltd. had informed the Exchange that the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 14, 2007 to September 18, 2007 (both days inclusive), for the purpose of the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on September 18, 2007. The Company has now informed the Exchange that as some of the Directors are unable to attend the Annual General Meeting because of personal reasons, it has been decided in the board meeting held on August 22, 2007 to postpone the Annual General Meeting and to hold the same on September 28, 2007. Further, a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been held on August 22, 2007, whereat the Board has decided among other things, to: 1) Postpone the Annual General Meeting of the company from the earlier decided date of September 18, 2007 to September 28, 2007. 2) Consider review of the dates of Book Closure consequent to the postponement of the AGM vide item 1 above. 3) Review and reconsider the earlier decisions taken in the Board Meeting held on August 11, 2007 consequent to the postponement of the AGM vide item 1 above. 4) Approve the Notice afresh for convening the AGM in view of the postponement as tabled vide item 1 above.
