Exchange has sought clarification from Balrampur Chini Mills Limited with respect to announcement dated May 27, 2015 regarding "The Board has in principle approved the closure of Khalilabad Sugar Mills a unit of the Company after complying with necessary formalities". On Basis of above Company is required to clarify : 1. The amount and percentage of the turnover or revenue or income and net worth contributed by such unit during the last financial year. 2. The Expected date of Completion. The reply from the Company is awaited.
