526894 equity shares of Re. 1 each of the Company have been issued and allotted on October 31, 2013 to the shareholders of Khalilabad Sugar Mills Pvt. Ltd (KSMPL), pursuant to order dated August 14, 2013 of the Hon'ble Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (BIFR) for the Merger of KSMPL with Balrampur Chini Mills Ltd. The Company shall also pay dividend @ Rs. 2/- per share for the year ended March 31, 2013 on the aforesaid 526894 shares by virtue of the said order.
