Bansal, as an additional Director w.e.f. July 26, 2008 and the Whole Time Director of the Company for a period of 5 years w.e.f. August 01, 2008, designated as a Director (Finance), subject to approval of shareholders of the Company. 2) The Board has accepted the resignation of Shri T C Goel, Whole Time Director, from the Board of Directors of the Company, w.e.f.
