High Court of Judicature at Bombay has approved the merger of KNM Services Private Limited, Stex Software Private Limited and E-Enable Technologies Private Limited, three wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company with the Company. Futher, the High Court of the Judicature at Bombay has also approved the merger of Manipal Informatics Private Limited and Delta Services (India) Private Limited, step down subsidiaries of the Company with 3i Infotech Consultancy Services Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. The mergers are effective from March 30, 2011.
