The Company has completed all statutory formalities relating to the issue of the Bonus Share. The intimation to the shareholders about the credit of the bonus shares is being dispatched. In case of shares held in physical form, the physical bonus shares and the intimation regarding the same is also being sent to the shareholders. Consequent to the Bonus issue, the Company's issued and paid up share capital is Rs.1,295,752,620 consisting of 129,575,262 fully paid up equity shares of Rs.10 each

Members at the Annual General Meeting held on July 25, 2007 have approved the issue of bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1 (i.e. one new equity share for one existing equity share). The said shares shall rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 25, 2007 has set August 28, 2007 as the record date for the issue of bonus shares.
