Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 28, 2008, has declared an Interim Dividend @ 5% (subject to payment of dividend distribution tax) on the equity shares to those members whose names appear in the Register of Members on February 15, 2008 being the "Record Date" fixed by the Board for this purpose.
