Out of the above, 1,10,000 Equity Shares are pledged with Punjab National Bank as colletaral security for the loan availed, by the Company for its Jalandhar and Ludhiana Bus Terminus Project and 11,06,998 Equity Shares are pledged with IDBI Bank Limited as colletaral security for the Corporate Loan availed by the Company".
