(2) Type of Credit Facility :- Short Term Facilities; Rating Reaffirmed :- PR3 (PR three)

On request of the bankers for compliance of Basel II Norms, the Company has availed credit rating facilities from Credit Analysis & Research Limited and the Company have been assigned the following credit rating by the rating agency: [1] Long / Medium Term Facilities - BBB- (Triple B Minus), [2] Short Term Facilities - PR3 (PR three). The aforesaid credit ratings are provided to short term and long/ medium term banking facilities availed by the Company from its bankers.
