Company has granted 900,000 stock options to the identified employees of the Company and its subsidiaries at an exercise price of Rs.46.30 in accordance with the ESOP Scheme 2010 framed by the Company. The shares covered by such options are 900,000. The vesting period of these options is 25% each year over a period of four years. The options may be exercised within a period of three years from the date of vesting.
