The Exchange, in order to ensure that investors have latest relevant information about the company and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the company. Ucal Fuel Systems Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated, Dear Sir/ Madam, Sub : Clarification on Price MovementRef : your email Ref. No.: NSE/CM/Surveillance/9310 dated 16th April, 2020We refer to your above mentioned email on the subject seeking details of the significant movement in the price of our Company s securities at the Exchange, in the recent past. In this regard , please be noted that to the best of knowledge of the Board of Directors, there is no event, information having a bearing on the operation/performance of the company which include all price sensitive information, etc as per Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 have occurred and there are no such instance that are required to be intimated to the Exchange .
