Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on August 13, 2011, which was adjourned on August 10, 2011 wherein following decision was taken and Board approved following items : (1) The Board has recommended a dividend of Rs. 1/- per equity share (@ 10%) for the financial year 2010-2011, subject to approval of members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Total income has increased from Rs. 3579.36 Lacs for the year ended March 31, 2007 to RS. 6271.98 Lacs for the year ended March 31, 2008. The Result for the quarter ended June 30, 2008: For the Quarter ended June 30, 2008, the Net profit after tax is Rs. 154.17 Lacs and the total income is Rs.1337.16 Lacs.
