In a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on November 02, 2007, it has been resolved to acquire 26,50,343 equity shares of Vertex Securities representing 51.18% of the equity capital from the promoters. This along with 2,00,000 equity shares being acquired by Mr. Kumar Nair from the promoters will result in a combined acquisition of 28,50,343 equity shares of Vertex Securities representing 55.04% of the equity capital subject to all regulatory approvals and compliance.
