Compensation Committee at its meeting held on October 27, 2014 has approved the following which was duly ratified by the Board of Directors at the Meeting held later on October 27, 2014. Pursuant to the approval of the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on September 04, 2014, the authorized Compensation Committee of the board has approved the Employee Stock Option Scheme of the Company titled "TEXMACO EMPLOYEES STOCK OPTION SCHEME 2014 (the "Plan") covering a maximum of 18,20,000 (Eighteen Lacs Twenty Thousand Only) options to be granted in one or more tranches to eligible employees and directors of the Company from time to time.
