Exchange has sought clarification from Tci Finance Limited with respect to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. On basis of above the Company is required to clarify the following: -1. The company has not submitted the Statement of Modified Opinion or in case of unmodified opinion(s), a declaration to that effect to the Stock Exchange. The response of the Company is awaited.

Price movement : Significant price movement has been observed in TCI Finance Limited. The Exchange, in order to ensure that investors have latest relevant information about the company and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the company. TCI Finance Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated,"There is no impending information or developments which the Company at this point of time, is having to disclose to the stock exchange or investors."
