Tata Investment Corporation Ltd. has informed the Exchange that : "Pursuant to the acquisition of 50,00,000 equity shares of our Company by Tata Sons Ltd. from Tata Chemicals Ltd. (an inter se transfer amongst Promoters), Tata Sons Ltd. now holds 54.98% of the paid-up capital of our Company. The Company has therefore, become a subsidiary of Tata Sons Ltd".
