At the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on July 01, 2009, the Directors approved of the amendment of the Objects Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company to enable the Company to carry on the business of money changing and forex, subject to the approval of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and the Members of the Company. The unanimous approval of the Members has been received for the amendment of the Object Clause by way of a postal ballot, the results of which were declared on August 12, 2009. The Company is now in the process of seeking the approval of RBI for the said purpose.3 Aug · Corporate action
