Pursuant to the Scheme, inter alia, the Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures aggregating Rs.1,500 crore issued to the public ("NCDs") stand transferred from TCL to TCFSL along with the Debenture Redemption Reserve and the assets against which the NCDs were secured by TCL. The company has fixed June 21, 2012 as the Record Date for the purpose of ascertaing the holders of the NCDs under Option II - Quarterly (ISIN INE976I07146) (Symbol : TATACAP, Series : N2) whose NCDs would be transferred from the said ISIN to a new ISIN to be created under the name of TCFSL.1 Jun · Corporate action
Next interest payment for the NCDs is due on July 01, 2012 to those NCD holders whose names appear in the Register of NCD holders as on the Record Date and who have consented to the revised rate of interest, approved at the Meeting of the NCD Holders held on February 15, 2012. Accordingly, June 16, 2012 has been fixed as the Record Date to ascertain the beneficiaries for making payment of interest of NCD.
