  Disclosure under Regulations 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 - Update on status of Plant operations due to COVID 19Dear Sirs,Further to our letter dated 26th March, 2020 and pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and other applicable provisions, if any, we would like to inform you that on the basis of permission received from the Government of Meghalaya, the plant of the Company located at Lumshnong, Meghalaya has become partially operational. We would also like to inform that the company has put in place requisite safety measures for the workers and employees at the plant as per the guidelines issued by the Government authorities, to control the spread of COVID-19.   'Disclosure under Regulations 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 - Update on status of Plant operations due to COVID 19'.Further to our letter dated 26th March, 2020 and pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and other applicable provisions, if any, we would like to inform you that the Company has taken a series of measures in view of the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure safety and health of all our employees, workers etc., On the basis of permission received from the Government of Assam, the Company's Plant at Sonapur has become partially operational. We have taken all necessary safety measures for the workmen and employees working there.We are closely monitoring the situation and will take requisite steps in accordance with the directions issued by Central and State Government, from time to time. The Company has already put in place requisite safety measures for the workers and employees at the Plant as per the guidelines issued by the Government Authorities, to prevent spread of COVID 19.   'Disclosure under Regulations 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015- Temporary Suspension of operations due to COVID 19'.Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and other applicable provisions, if any, we would like to inform you that the Company and its Subsidiaries have taken a series of measures in view of the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure safety and health of all our employees, workers etc., and to ensure compliance with various directives being issued by the World Health Organisation (WHO), Central Government, State Government, and Local Authorities from time to time. As a responsible corporate entity, we also believe that health & safety of all our employees and their families are of utmost concern and priority for us. In view of the above, the employees working in our various Offices have been provided adequate facilities for working from home based on the directives of the respective local governments. In view of the lock down announced across the country, the operations at the Plants situated in the State of Meghalaya and Assam have been temporarily suspended. The overall adverse impact on the operations are not immediately assessable. The Company is continuing to closely monitor the situation and take appropriate action as per regulatory guidance as may be issued. Further, the duration of such shutdown for the above manufacturing units will depend upon the directives of the respective Government Authorities and shall be complied with accordingly.Kindly take the above information on record.
