For the purpose of consideration and declaration of interim dividend at scheduled Board Meeting to be held on January 28, 2008 it is informed that February 06, 2008 has been fixed as the Record date for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of the shareholders for payment of interim dividend, if declared, by the Board, and dividend on equity shares, if declared at the above said Board meeting will be payable from February 11, 2008.
