SEAMEC II vessel was detained by the Customs for non production of the copy of the original Bill of Entry purported to have filed by the seller of the vessel, an Indian Corporate Entity, at the time of import in the year of 1988. The Company had filed a Writ Petition against the order for provisional release of the Customs before Hon'ble High Court, Bombay who by order dated January 11, 2012, directed Customs to release the Vessel on fulfillment of certain obligations which have since been complied with. The vessel finally cleared by Customs on January 25, 2012. The Vessel is in process to commence the Charter for ONGC for a long term period of 3 years.24 Jan · Board meeting

International Grout Operations (P) Limited for deployment of vessel SEAMEC II for a period of 70 days with option for extension with effect from first half of December 2010. The vessel will operate in West Offshore, India and total value of contract will be US$ 2.4 mil approx. The Company has now informed the Exchange that charter hire of vessel SEAMEC II commenced from December 10, 2010. The vessel is at present on standby from February 20, 2011 for a period no later than March 04, 2011. The Contract is further extended for additional firm period of 40 days.
