HAL Offshore Limited ("HAL Offshore") has acquired 17,289,000 equity shares of Seamec Limited ("Company"), representing 51% of the total paid up equity share capital of the Company, from Coflexip Stena Offshore (Mauritius) Limited ("Coflexip") pursuant to the terms of a share purchase agreement dated April 22, 2014 entered into between HAL Offshore and Coflexip. Pursuant to the aforesaid acquisition, please take note and record that Coflexip shall no longer be a promoter or part of the promoter group of the Company and HAL Offshore shall, from the date hereof, be the sole promoter of the Company.

The Company has entered into a Charter Party with Technip France, Abu Dhabi for her deployment in Dubai Offshore for a Firm period of 120 days with option for extension. The Charter Hire is likely to commence around end April, 2014. The Contract value during the firm period would be around US$ 6.8 million.

Company has entered into a Contract for the Charter hire of Vessel "ALLIANCE" with Sea Horse General Contracting Establishment, UAE, Dubai for working in Offshore Egyptian Mediterranean waters. The above vessel is under bareboat charter with Seamec Limited. The tenure of the contract would be around 120 days with option for extension. The Contract is likely to commence around end August 2013. The total contract value for the firm period would be around USD 7.3 million approximately.

The charter will commence from July 05, 2012. The value of the contract during the firm period is around USD 1.355 million.
