Company has entered into a Charter Party with Leighton India Contractors Pvt. Ltd on September 02, 2014 for charter hire of the above vessel SFAMEC IIl for a firm period of 145 days with an option for extension and the Charter Hire is likely to commence around mid-November, 2014 in West Coast of India (Mumbai) for ONGC project. Further that company also referred to earlier letter SEAMEC/NSE/SM0/162/14 dated June 16, 2014 intimating about deployment of vessel with Technip Abu Dhabi. The contract commenced from June 22, 2014 and ended on October 17, 2014. The vessel after completion of Charter is on route back to India. Before taking up Charter with Leighton, she is scheduled for a Charter for about 4 weeks with IGOPL Offshore Pvt Ltd for ONGC job. The value of above Contract would be around USD 1.632 million approximately.23 Oct · Updates

Further to their letter dated May 05, 2014, that after completion of Charter with Technip France, Abu Dhabi, the vessel has commenced Charter with NPCC, Abu Dhabi effective from October 07, 2014 for a period of about three months with option for extension. The total contract value for the firm period would be around USD 3.96 million approximately.
