Madras Stock Exchange Limited (MSE) vide their letter June 12, 2014 has informed the Company that consequent to their voluntary de-recognition and exit as a Stock Exchange as per the circular dated May 30, 2012 issued by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), had given the Company an option to delist Company's equity shares from MSE. In view of the above, the Company have made an application for voluntary delisting of equity shares of the Company from MSE. As equity shares of the Company are listed with BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited having nationwide trading terminals and will continue to be listed with these Stock Exchanges, the shareholders of the Company have not been given an exit option.5 Sep · Updates
