Sakthi Sugars Ltd. has informed the Exchange that "Our European subsidiary, Orlandofin BV, has acquired today a Swedish company called 'Arvika Gjuteri AB' having facilities to produce 28,000 MTs per annum of castings for buses, trucks, and heavy off-road vehicles, and a machine shop".
