Parficim S.A.S had submitted to the Exchange the disclosures under regulation 7(1) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulation, 1997 in connection with the acquisition of 1000000 Equity shares in Sagar Cements Limited.
