Mr. David Richard Sanchez, Non Executive Independent Director of the Company, who is regarded as a Person Acting In Concert by virtue of his directorship in the Company, had tendered his resignation effective on February 26, 2010 and is no longer associated with the Company. As a result of the aforementioned resignation, there is a change in the Persons Acting in Concert and their shareholdings.
