Mr.Shankar Seetharaman, Senior Vice President will in the interim handle additional responsibilities of Acting Chief Financial Officer until a permanent change is announced. Mr.Suresh Kumar Bhutani has been appointed by the Board as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. December 23, 2009.
