Approved the audited standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2018. 2. Approved the unaudited consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2018. 3. Reappointment of Mr. Satinder Singh Rekhi as the Managing Director of the Company for a period of five years w.e.f. January 01, 2019; 4. Remuneration of Mr. Satinder Singh Rekhi as the Managing Director of the Company for a period of three years w.e.f. January 01, 2019; 5. Both the codes came into effect from May 15, 2015. 3. Further investment up to Rs. 10 Lakhs in R Systems Products & Technologies Private Limited (Wholly Owned Subsidiary of R Systems International Limited). 4. Setting up of a Branch Office/ Subsidiary of R Systems International Limited in New Zealand by investing up to New Zealand dollar (NZD) 250,000. Conversion of R Systems Products & Technologies Limited from Public Limited Company into Private Limited Company (Wholly Owned Subsidiary of R Systems International Limited). 2.
