Exchange has sought clarification from R Systems International Limited with respect to an announcement dated June 27, 2015 regarding Outcome of Board Meeting : Transfer of Indus Business Unit by way of slump sale to wholly owned subsidiary of the Company i.e R Systems Products & Technologies Private Limited . On basis of above the Company are required to provide clarification on the following : a) The amount and percentage of the turnover or revenue or income and net worth contributed by such unit or division of the listed entity during the last financial year; b) Date on which the agreement for sale has been entered into c) The expected date of completion of sale/disposal; The response from the Company is awaited.
