Rswm Limited had submitted to the Exchange a copy of the notice of Postal Ballot in respect of item mentioned therein. The Company has now informed the Exchange that as per the report of Scrutinizer Mr. V.P. Kapoor, Practicing Company Secretary, the resolution contained therein has been passed with requisite majority. The total votes cast in favour of the resolution were 1,20,52,950 shares constituting 99.99% and 1,087 shares constituting 0.01% were cast against the resolution. The result of the postal ballot process has been announced by the Chairman of the Company on November 27, 2007.
